KDE/FreeBSD team presents Qt 4.8.1 in ports!

- Update Qt to 4.7.4.
- Make sure internal paths are added before system ones.
- Remove phonon-gstreamer dependency from qt4-webkit.
- Remove qt4-gui dependency from qt4-dbus.

KDE FreeBSD team is glad to present Qt 4.7.1 in ports.

Along with Qt4 the following ports are updated:
