been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Remove http://www.ruby-lang.org/~knu/backup/ from MASTER_SITES, now
that bsd.ruby.mk adds a backup site to MASTER_SITE_BACKUP.

The backup site directory has been moved.

Make all these Ruby related ports belong also in the newly-added   "ruby"
virtual category.

Set DIST_SUBDIR=ruby for all these Ruby ports to stop distfile   namespace
pollution.
