With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Remove RUBY_EXAMPLESDIR on deinstallation if it's empty.  As byaccr   doesn't
RUN_DEPENDS on ruby, it has to remove the directory by itself.
