Gem Finder is a simple class browser (built with Ruby/Tk) for Ruby
modules/programs.  It allows a user to view the superclass,
subclasses, included modules and methods of any class in the system.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Make portlint happier.

They are not the patches from the submitter, but one which overcome
knu@s objections about the original ones and discussed in ports/69037.

Introduce a knob RUBY_NO_RD_HTML and enable it by default on alpha.  This
replaces the non-working NOPORTDOCS workaround and fixes build on the alpha,
where rd2 coredumps.

Tested on:      the axp cluster
