The Ruby contrib directory hasn't existed for some time; mirror the
 files on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL until someone upgrades these ports.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

USE_LIBRUBY is defined, individual ruby ports no longer need to   include it
explicitly.

virtual category.

Set DIST_SUBDIR=ruby for all these Ruby ports to stop distfile   namespace
pollution.    

Non-standard modules sould go under `site_ruby' directory.
