BROKEN: Inconsistent dependencies

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Should be fixed with Mk/bsd.ruby.mk r1.137.

Define RUBY_VER=1.6.  If you really need this module to work with ruby
1.8, please contact the author directly.

Remove http://www.ruby-lang.org/~knu/backup/ from MASTER_SITES, now
that bsd.ruby.mk adds a backup site to MASTER_SITE_BACKUP.

Use RUBY_MOD*.

The backup site directory has been moved.    

The master site is down right now, so provide an alternative site.    

Update MASTER_SITES.    

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Utilize the PORTNAME variable.    

Chase an installer-only update.  Keep PORTREVISION unbumped.    

Update MASTER_SITES, WWW and the author's email.    

Update to 0.3.8.    

Update to 0.3.7.  A couple of examples are added.    

Add ruby-textbuf, a gapped text buffer extention for Ruby.
