- Add rubygem-rb-kqueue 0.2.0
This is a simple wrapper over the kqueue BSD event notification interface
(supported on FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, and Darwin). It uses the FFI gem to
avoid having to compile a C extension.
