madedit makes use of hidden symbol feature of gcc while our system header
don't like it. The recent addition of hidden symbol feature have exposed
this issue.
This is a minimal set of change that makes it work.

For some reason the Wx ClassInfo destructor would end up with a loop
in the RTTI chain, which in turn cause an infinite loop. Add a
workaround for the situation by calling _Exit() in place of exit()
which will not invoke atexit() callbacks.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
