Upgrade to OO1.1 beta2.

Remove USE_LINUXJDK and simplify set_soenv even more. Use native threads
instead of green threads.

SOLARINI pointed to the wrong file. ssrx644.ini itself has still
Linux dependent stuff in the FreeBSD section. Clean this up.
Register the stlport lib.

Remove the FreeBSD SOLARLIB part now /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib
have been removed from the default settings.

Add $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/i386 for -L. This seems to be unneeded for Linux
and others. Must be a JDK difference.

Add "bsd" include path to SOLARINC too.

Update to 1.1 beta. Work in progress.
