Remove the port for Pine, and the slave port for Pico. UW has discontinued
development on the Pine branch, and is instead focusing its efforts on the

Alpine has more features, much better localization, better organized
(and largely rewritten) code, is BSD licensed, and should be a drop-in
replacement in terms of configuration files.

Alpine version 1.00 was released on March 17, 2008 after over a year of
development and community testing, and has since had 2 releases for
bugfixes and new features, so it's safe to say that this is a mature
replacement.

Add OPTIONS to the rest of my ports that need them.

Add CONFLICTS to the bind* ports.

Add SHA256 checksums to my ports

For the ports that I maintain, do the following as appropriate:

1. Add myself as a backup master site (Sourceforge and CPAN ports
already have good enough coverage, so skip them).
2. For all ports that have them, download the PGP signature files.
3. For ports in 2, add a verify target to the Makefile
4. For ports where I was already providing a master site, update the URL.
5. Pet portlint in a couple of places.

Update Pine and Pico to 4.64, the latest from UW. This version contains
mostly bug fixes, with a few small new features. See the following for

I also updated the Pine port to stop building Pico, and instead
depend on the Pico port. This solves a CONFLICTS situation, and
is arguably the more logical way to handle this. Also, if you use
an alternate editor for Pine, you no longer have to install Pico
if you don't want it.

Make the dependency on ispell conditional. [1] This is not exactly
what the PR originator requested, but it will accomplish basically
the same thing.

Use these new things called variables to help ensure that the
maildir patches can be found from version to version. [2]

Update to latest Pine distfile

Update to PINE sources 4.62, the latest from UW. It contains many
bug fixes, and a few new features.

Update to use the Pine 4.61 sources.

Update to the Pine 4.60 source. Remove the same wonky master site I
removed from the Pine port.

Now that the SIZE thing has stabilized, add it to the ports I maintain.

Use PLIST_FILES (bento-tested, marcus-reviewed).

Chase the pine source version number.

Un-fennerize by upping the version of Pine to the latest.

This download site answers, but the mirror hasn't updated to the latest version.

Upgrade to the source from pine 4.53. The previous MAINTAINER has been
ignoring this port, and two PR's filed against it.

Fixed a missing "/" on one of the MASTER_SITES.    

Fix distfile (fennerism) to download Pine 4.33 and add MASTER_SITES from   UW's
