Depend on editors/vim6, not editors/vim, as that's what the port's name says.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Bump PORTREVISION to chase the glib20 shared library update.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

vim6 was repocopied to vim    

This patch has been merged already.    

Add a patch to unbreak the build. (already submitted to the vim6 author)    

Apply a hotfix against ruby-interp.  This fixes the coredump when $_   is set to
non-string in a :rubydo command. (e.g. :rubydo $_ = 0)    

There is no need to USE_AUTOCONF any more.    

Remove my instant distribution patch after vim6's update to 6.0j.    

Chase the vim6's update to 6.0i.  Rejoice if_ruby has been fully   merged into
vim6. :)    

Define MD5_FILE, FILESDIR was to get the md5 file.    

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is   spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type   fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"   appear.    

Add vim6+ruby, Vi IMproved version 6 with embedded Ruby interpreter.
