Fix several problems: it now builds cleanly and can run the tests.

Still marked BROKEN because there is some rough edges, but interesting
users can remove this line.

Upgrade Code_Aster to 11.5.0-4.

N.B.: french/aster is still marked BROKEN, but this allows to unbreak
other ports sharing the same dependencies.

- Catch the exception risen by gethostbyaddr and set a "to be configured"
  hostname to fix the build on pointyhat and unbreak;

- Take maintainership.
