Free most of my ports, since they aren't being maintained to a
reasonable standard.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

- Add sanity checking to avoid GTK assertion errors due to missing

- Replace tmpnam with mkstemp
- Disallow server-provided absolute filenames
  Hopefully that's enough to get the port back in action.

Mark IGNORE since the port crashes at startup:

IglooFTP in free(): error: chunk is already free

Deprecate and expire in 2 months.

Mark IGNORE on amd64, crahes on startup.
Probably broken on other 64bit archs too, because of a lot of LP64-warnings.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

Release to the world all of my ports that I don't use, excluding KDE 1,   which
I'm holding for various reasons, so some kind soul can take the time   to fix
them without having to wait for me.    

Implement USE_GTK, part 1.
