- Fix "chunk already allocated" error
- Add sanity checking to avoid GTK assertion errors due to missing
  pixmaps.
- Resolve two known vulnerabilities:
  http://secunia.com/advisories/13536/
- Replace tmpnam with mkstemp
- Disallow server-provided absolute filenames
  Hopefully that's enough to get the port back in action.
