Convert category ftp to new layout.  

Revive gtm - it's now hosted on Sourceforge and update it to 0.4.5.    

Remove gtm.  The version 0.3.1 distfile is nowhere to be found, and   current
versions are for Linux only (nice stuff such as parsing   uts.release to
determine what version of the Linux kernel we are   running).
