Convert most of remaining ports that depend on xorg-libraries to
modular xorg.

- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
  above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.  
 

Update to 1.2.sakura.5.    

Define RESTRICTED_FILES to ${PATCHFILES}, the main distfile is not   restricted.
   

Convert category games to new layout.
