Chase the glib20 update, and bump all affected ports' PORTREVISIONs.

Replace all known incantations of WANT_{AUTOMAKE,AUTOCONF,LIBTOOL}* with
the USE_<x> equivalents.  In the current scheme of things, the WANT_
variables in this case are synonymous with the USE_ ones, and thus need
to be exterminated.

First in a series of major autotools cleanups.

Per bento logs, mark as broken on 5.x due to stricter handling of multiline
string constants in gcc3.3.  Informed maintainer.

Unbreak on 4.x 3rd try.

USE_REINPLACE need be defined only when REINPLACE_CMD is used.

Mark broken on 4.x and drop Maintainership, because I obviously don't care
enough about this port.

There is no stdint.h in STABLE.
