- Remove unneeded libungif dep. The program bundles the parts of libungif
  that it needs and builds fine without libungif installed. Not bumping
  PORTREVISION since the binaries don't change and nothing depends on
  this port.

- Add LDFLAGS to CONFIGURE_ENV and MAKE_ENV (as it was done with LDFLAGS)
- Fix all ports that add {CPP,LD}FLAGS to *_ENV to modify flags instead

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order.  The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.

Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

Corona is an image input/output library that can read, write,
and manipulate image files in just a few lines of code. It can
write PNG and TGA files, and read PNG, JPEG, PCX, BMP, TGA, and
GIF. Corona was designed to be easy to use, and exports a
straightforward C++ API. With just a few lines of C++, you can
add image loading to your application.
