If the alternative set of fonts was requested, _add_ the
build-dependency on Perl instead of setting it (and do it using the
new USE_PERL_BUILD knob). This fixes ukrainian/gd, which is the only
sattelite of this port at the moment.

Avoid using Perl in the default case, and BUILD_DEPEND on it if
the alternative fonts are specified. Using USE_PERL seems to cause
run-time dependency as well, which is bogus in this case.

Also, use explicit PATH to bsd.*.mk -- for some reasons, just
make -f bsd.prog.mk no longer works... See the PR's history.

Bump PORTREVISION after the freetype2 shlib major update.

It is Xpm, not xpm...    

Obey    hier(7)    by    installing    the    include    files    into  
${LOCALBASE}/include, rather than include/gd. Each file is named gd*.h   anyway.
Bump  the PORTREVISION.  Other ports  should be  fine, because   the  have  the 
-I${LOCALBASE}/include  anyway, but  should  keep  the  
-I${LOCALBASE}/include/gd for a while too.    

Fix depends for freetype    

Add the ability  to pass a list  of alternative bdf fonts  to this port.   This 
can be  used  to generalize  building  of, say,  language-specific   versions of
gd like ukrainian/gd -- the controlling port will simply set   GD_FONTS to
something like    

Set LATEST_LINK to "gd2".
