- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

[MAINTAINER] update my email address in 76 ports + mirror some distfiles
I've got a brand new hosting, so change my email to the new
one. Also, now I can mirror some distfiles, so update
MASTER_SITES for some ports.

This is a library for OpenGL to load PNG graphics files as an
OpenGL texture as easily as possible. It also has a number of
options for generating the alpha channel and mipmaps.
