Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
Libpng was written as a companion to the PNG specification, as a way to reduce the amount of time and effort it takes to support the PNG file format in application programs. Most users will not have to modify the library significantly; advanced users may want to modify it more. The library was coded for both users. All attempts were made to make it as complete as possible, while keeping the code easy to understand. Currently, this library only supports C. Support for other languages is being considered. Here are new Linux Fedora 10 infrastructure ports.

Those ports are intended to be used with 8-CURRENT at least
with SVN r192206.

If you want to switch to linux-f10 ports, please define at /etc/make.conf:
  OVERRIDE_LINUX_BASE_PORT=f10
  OVERRIDE_LINUX_NONBASE_PORTS=f10

An upgrading procedure is shown at /usr/ports/UPDATING, entries 20090401
and 20070327.

For the first time all tested linux ports work as expected(!):
. acroread8;
. google-earth;
. skype;
. seamonkey.

Many thanks for kernel folks who really did the main work
(and I wrote only some lines of ports).

There is a good chance that those ports may become a default
for 8.0-RELEASE. Please, test and report back to emulation@ ML.
