Remove conflict between linux-png and linux-png10.
Use DOCSDIR, PORTDOCS and PLIST_FILES macros.

- Revive linux png library version 1.0.14 as graphics/linux-png10 after repocopy
  from graphics/linux-png. This old version is needed for some binary ports
  that don't work with 1.2 series.
