Bump PORTREVISION's after OpenLDAP update.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Everything works except the burn cd function, it contains linuxisms.

Don't restrict ports depending on py-qt to python 2.3 anymore.

PyQt doesn't like python 2.4, restrict it and ports depending on it to
python 2.3 for the time being.

Bump portrevision and dependency on ImageMagick
in order to trace recent ImageMagick update.
