Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

Use the CPIO macro defined in bsd.port.mk.

Fix build on 5.x by removing -pedantic

Move the include of bsd.port.pre.mk after the basic defines.

Mark as broken on 5.x for the usual gcc3.3 problems.  Note that the
distfile is a couple of years old.
