- Move doc-install into post-install. We don't need this workaround
  under current infrastructure.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

De-pkg-comment.

Introduce a knob RUBY_NO_RD_HTML and enable it by default on alpha.  This
replaces the non-working NOPORTDOCS workaround and fixes build on the alpha,
where rd2 coredumps.

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Bump png major    

Update the checksum after a repack without changing the distfile name.   There
was no functional changes, just a minor cleanup of the configure   script. 
(Thus I kept PORTREVISION unbumped)    

Update to the new 0.3.3 after my pathes have been merged.    

Hack up a patch to support Ruby 1.6.    

Add ruby-libpng, a libpng wrapper class for Ruby.
