Remove the FreeBSD KEYWORD from all rc.d scripts where it appears.
We have not checked for this KEYWORD for a long time now, so this
is a complete noop, and thus no PORTREVISION bump. Removing it at
this point is mostly for pedantic reasons, and partly to avoid
perpetuating this anachronism by copy and paste to future scripts.

Cannaserver now has the -u option which allow you to specify who should
own the server process. So instead of patching up the source to
drop the root privilege, just use this.

1.49 japanese/Canna/Makefile
1.4 japanese/Canna/files/canna.sh.in
1.19 japanese/Canna/pkg-plist
- Canna doesn't use /var/run any longer.
- Improve the startup script.
- Modify the pkg-plist so that pkg_delete won't complain even when
  user dictionaries are installed.
- Use correct syntax for chown (bin.bin -> bin:bin)

As threatened on freebsd-ports: all startup scripts know about the two options
`start' and `stop' now (unless I have forgotten any). This allows us to call
the scripts from /etc/rc.shutdown with the correct option.
