BROKEN: Size mismatch

add pkg-message:
        Plesae note that the words in the dictionary `enamdict.gz'
        have been removed because iconv wasn't able to process them.
        If you have the skills, please see if you can find what is
        causing this.

Fix building by removing one file from the dictionary.

Remove obsolete mastersite.

Source:         distfile survey

This port is scheduled for deletion on 2005-09-22 if it is still broken
at that time and no PRs have been submitted to fix it.
