Chase dependency on ja-p5-Jcode.
I don't bump PORTREVISION.  Because dependency on ja-p5-Jcode
is correct, only path isn't correct.  This is build phase
issue.

Fix passing of SRCFILE and PORT_SRCFILE knobs to gmake.
Also fix FPWPARSERFLAGS, which seemed to be broken wrt charset.

Fix the dependency
  Using FreePWING 1.4.3, deleting CR after NL is not necessary
  So nkf is not necessary.
  After FreePWING 1.4.2, catdump is used in FreePWING instead of
  epwutil.

Use catdump in freepwing instead of in japanese/epwutil
Two URLs' are marked by 'WWW' in pkg-descr, so one of them is deleted.

Add NO_PACKAGE (I forgot to add it)    

Style review in ports/japanese.
