Add CONFLICTS line with old ja-ipa-ttfonts-[0-9]* as safety
measures against duplicate installation.

Remove empty directory after deinstallation.

Add japanese/font-ipa-uigothic, a Japanese font "IPAUIGothic"
which supports JIS X 0213:2004.  This is included in IPA font
version 002.03.
