Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Make libgnome and libgnomeui not implying esound dependency

It has been a while both does not depend anymore on esound, before this change
esound dependency was wrongly added to plenty of packages which actually does
not depend on it.

While here:

- audio/glame: remove esound support
- games/monkeybubble: add an explicit dependency on esound
- sysutils/gnome-schedule: add en explicit dependency on pkg-config
- comms/kb: add missing dependency on pkgconfig
- x11-toolkits/libgnomeui:
  * update to 2.4.5
  * use USES=localbase

Part 1 of adding USE_GNOME=intltool to ports that require it.

The reason for this is that in the GNOME 3.16 update, USE_GNOME gtk20 and
gtk30 don't pull intltool in anymore.

1. Introduce using iconv with arguments:
. lib (default, implicit);
. build,
. patch.

The default is the same, all existing ports stay valid.

2. Introduce variable ICONV_CMD with default to ${LOCALBASE}/bin/iconv.
It is intended to get the value of /usr/bin/iconv at recent 10.x.

3. Adopt all ports to using USES+= icomv:build and iconv:patch and
change iconv (executable) at Makefile commands to ${ICONV_CMD} at those ports.

Gjiten is a Japanese dictionary program for GNOME.

Gjiten also has a kanji dictionary. Any combination of stroke count,
radicals and search key can be used for kanji lookups.
