o fix fonts.alias handling, mostly taken from mplusfonts.

This PR is basically a "japanese/kappa20 X11 bitmap font" port update.
Since gothic-style font(ayu20) fonts are also included with
the below patch, I prefer this port's PORTNAME to be modified
to "k20fonts", if possible.
