Update to ja-linux-JM-20050615 to fix fetching

Reset inactive maintainer.  Thanks for your work in the past!

Fix up some conflicts issues: there was an edge case where samba-devel
conflicted with itself (only shows up in edge cases); there was a case
where two ports in japanese/ installed smbfs man pages -- but one
installed very old ones.  This seems to be the best conclusion from
the following convoluted PR:

PERL -> REINPLACE
And some ports have USE_PERL5=yes now.

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.  
 

Upgrade to use new archive of date 20010415.    

New ports import: japanese/linux-JM.   JM is Japanese translated manual pages by
JM Project.
