for linux_base7 and above.

Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports.  They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

Despite this port having IGNORE set, update to a valid master site.

- add ja-locale entry to locale.alias at pkg_add stage as same as     `make
install' does.   - avoid to add multiple entries when you repeat     make
install-pkg_add <--> make deinstall-pkg_delete    

Create a locale alias for `ja_JP.EUC'.    

- Change maintainer to ports@FreeBSD.org of all my ports.     (only
ja-linux-netscape is back to sada-san)     My short vacation finished and I have
