- Move reusable PORTVERSION to Makefile.common in common between
  databases/namazu2 and japanese/namazu2

- Correspond to PORTVERSION of databases/namazu2

Follow the version number of databases/namazu2.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Chase shared library version bump of databases/namazu2.

Before bsd.port.pre.mk, set either USE_PERL5 or WANT_PERL, depending on
whether the perl dependency is unconditional or conditional.  This will
be needed for the conditional inclusion of bsd.perl.mk.

- Always depends on japanese/p5-MeCab since mknmz command requires MeCab perl
  module by default. (Default setting was changed by the previous commit to
  databases/namazu2 by nork.)
- Remove WITH_MECAB knob and add WITH_KAKASI knob.
- Bump PORTREVISION.

Upgrade to 2.0.16.

Security:       Fixes directory travarsal problem (especially serious in Windows
environment)

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Update to 2.0.14, which fixes a cross-site scripting problem.

Update namazu2 to 2.0.13.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

port that has nothing to install.    

Make this port a meta-port of Namazu and Japanese support modules,   after a
repocopy to the databases category.    

Properly record the libintl dependency in libnmz.    

Change CATEGORIES.  Add "www" and move "databases" forward.
