Upgrade to 4.76.    

Define MD5_FILE=${SUBMASTERDIR}/distinfo, FILESDIR is not enough.   This fixes
all the ja-netscape-*-4.75 ports.    

Change PATCHDIR from patches/ to files/.  Also change PKGDIR (pkg/ to   .) and
other pkg variables if they are nearby.    

Upgrade to 4.75.    

Upgrade to 4.74.    

Import SARUMARU-san's new Japanese resource (15/7/2000).
