This port is scheduled for deletion on 2005-09-22 if it is still broken
at that time and no PRs have been submitted to fix it.

At Kris's request, back out the MACHINE_ARCH spelling correction until
after 5.4-RELEASE.

Assist getting more ports working on AMD64 by obeying the
Ports Collection documentation and use 'ARCH' rather than 'MACHINE_ARCH'.

        Per Fenner's logs, ftp://uiarchive.uiuc.edu went away around
