rbnamazu is a client of the "Namazu" full-text search engine written
in Ruby.

With this, you can do a Namazu search from a Ruby script.

The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:

Author: ...
WWW: ....

So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.

Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.

A few other various formatting issues

- Get Rid MD5 support

With hat:       portmgr (myself)

- Assign all unmaintained ruby ports to ruby@,
  so people will know where to send questions to.

- Move doc-install into post-install. We don't need this workaround
  under current infrastructure.

- Add SHA256

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Add SIZE data.

De-pkg-comment my non-ruby ports as well.

Introduce a knob RUBY_NO_RD_HTML and enable it by default on alpha.  This
replaces the non-working NOPORTDOCS workaround and fixes build on the alpha,
where rd2 coredumps.
