Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Chase the libkakasi's version bump and bump PORTREVISION.    

Add a patch to fix a bug.  The patch was already forwarded to the   author.    

Now bsd.ruby.mk is automatically included by bsd.port.mk when USE_RUBY   or
USE_LIBRUBY is defined, individual ruby ports no longer need to   include it
explicitly.    

Update with bsd.ruby.mk. :>    

Back out the previous commit.  That one has a problem which occurs on  
cross-language master-slave ports.    

Make all these Ruby related ports belong also in the newly-added   "ruby"
virtual category.    

Add japanese/ruby-kakasi, KAKASI module for Ruby.
