  so people will know where to send questions to.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Update the English version to 20010131.    

Define MD5_FILE instead of FILESDIR -- it turns out that the FILESDIR  
definition was to get (the old) files/md5.    

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is   spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type   fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"   appear.    

lang/ruby-usersguide:     - Replace with Mark Slagell's retranslation version.  
  - Add an Author: credit to DESCR.    

Add lang/ruby-usersguide: English version of Ruby Users Guide, and  
japanese/ruby-usersguide: Japanese version of Ruby Users Guide.
