Tvi is a LaTeX source editor for vi user written in tcl/tk.

The main features are following:
  - one key compiling to dvi file, previewing and printing.
  - real time coloring.
  - checking type missing.
  - spell checking to use ispell.
  - customize for each users.

Remove japanese/tvi.  It has been three years and a half since the
development discontinued and the distfile got unavailable.
