Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

FInally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combinatio for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
Cel is a computer language. In particular it is of the prototype-based, object oriented variety. It was meant to be high-level, small, simple, and very OO. It's syntax is very similar to Self (which is almost like Smalltalk). Cel was influenced primarily by the language Self. Other strong influencers were Smalltalk, Forth, Newtonscript, Objective-C, and Python. - George Reid greid@ukug.uk.freebsd.org

Per distfile survey, remove (sole) mastersite that disappeared in Jan 2004.
Since this port has not been updated since 2001, and it only works on i386,
mark it as DEPRECATED as probable abandoneware. If anyone is using it,
they should speak up now.
