With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Use Tcl/Tk 8.4 rather than 8.2.
Add a missing file to pkg-plist that only exists in Ruby 1.8.

Fix MD5_FILE (files/md5 -> distinfo).    

Update to Ruby 1.6.1.  Many bugs have been fixed since 1.6.0. :)    

Now bsd.ruby.mk is automatically included by bsd.port.mk when USE_RUBY   or
USE_LIBRUBY is defined, individual ruby ports no longer need to   include it
explicitly.    

Update to Ruby 1.6.0 official release.    

Split rubytk into ruby-tcltklib and ruby-tk.
