This is Tcl8.2, an embeddable tool command language.

  Reason: 
    The lang/tcl-tk-wrapper port has been replaced by lang/tcl-wrapper and
    x11-toolkits/tk-wrapper ports. The Tcl and Tk ports no longer include an
    option to install the wrapper -- the wrapper ports require a Tcl/Tk
    instead.  The new configuration files in local etc directory are named:

Style police: WWW tags should either end in a file/script or TRAILING /; Fix the

Fix patch, as the previous one did only half the job.    

Tcl will get hostname using uname(3). It seems FreeBSD's uname(3)    returns
only 31 letters by /usr/include/sys/utsname.h.    

Explicitly set the NO_LATEST_LINK -- right now this port and tcl83 are  
fighting it out to see who gets the tk.tgz -> ../All/tk-8.*.tgz link.  
Preparation to back out the flag in tcl83.    

Remove jseger and torstenb from maintainership of their ports, they   have been
