Update claws-mail ports to 3.8.0 release

- improve options descriptions
- use WITH_SPAMASSASSIN instead of WITH_SA_PLUG to match KNOBS
- use bsd.port.options.mk
- don't install icons twice

plugins:
- update to latest versions
- bump plugins with no new version
- take over maintainership of miwi@ plugins (approved via private mail)

This plugin allows saving outgoing addresses to a designated folder
in the address book. Addresses are saved only if not found in the
address book to avoid unwanted duplicates.
