Correct typo.    

Add -b option to rpcgen calls to make this work on -CURRENT.   Add Name of
Maintainer to pkg-descr.    

Add drac, a daemon to dynamically update a relay authorization map for  
Sendmail, Postfix, and other MTAs that support it.
