Presenting GNOME 2.8 for FreeBSD (2.8.1 to be exact).

This release notes detailing all of the new goodies in GNOME 2.8 can

Update to 1.4.0.  Note, this is now a GNOME 2 application.

Build our own, private static db3-3.1.17 library, because Ximian recommends  
using 3.1.17, insisting that Evolution might not work properly with more  
recent versions (3.2.9 in this case). Bump PORTREVISION.
