ExtMail -- A high performance webmail system.

It was written in pure perl, only support Maildir++(or Maildir), we try to
optimize the design and archtecture, make it scalable well and run faster
than common php/perl webmail system.

extmail authors rerolled the tarball for the following reasons:

 * Fix purge mail js and code bugs.
 * Correct address book updates.
 * Correct JavaScript bug in adding filtering rules.

Bump PORTREVISION because of this change has altered the contents
that would be installed.  For previous 1.0.4 users, this update
should be considered as an mandatory update.
