Bump PORTREVISION after open-mofit update

Convert most of remaining ports that depend on xorg-libraries to
modular xorg.

- supply corresponding USE_XORG for all imake-using ports that need it
- USE_IMAKE no longer implies USE_XLIB in absence of USE_XORG
- retire USE_X_PREFIX which is not really used anywhere after the
  above change
- a few minor nits like whitespace and SF macro

Per distfile survey, remove mastersite which disappeared in October 2003.
Apparently this was the last mirror remaining of the latest version of
this software -- the original author's page is no longer available.  A
much older version is available from smi-web.stanford.edu/projects/imap/ml
but this basically looks like abandonware.

Per distfile survey, remove obsolete website/mastersite.

Move inclusion of bsd.port.pre.mk later in the file for conditional BROKEN
tag.  Early inclusion caused problems for some ports, so to be safe I'm
updating all of them.

use ComplexProgramTargetNoMan to avoid making html manpage with XFree86-4.  
change maintainer to ports@ due to e-mail bounces for a month.    

Change motif to a normal dependency.  REQUIRES_MOTIF is now called   USE_MOTIF
and generates a LIB_DEPENDS to x11-toolkits/open-motif.  As   before, it implies
USE_XPM (and therefore USE_XLIB).  Motif-dummy is   removed from
PKG_IGNORE_DEPENDS, whose sole resident is now XFree86-3.    

Convert category mail to new layout.  

Add lib/X11/ml/ML.ad.ORIG (I know, but there were other .orig files   in this
PLIST already!).
