- Add a new port: math/R-cran-labeling

  Implements a number of axis labeling schemes, including those
  compared in An Extension of Wilkinson's Algorithm for Positioning
  Tick Labels on Axes by Talbot, Lin, and Hanrahan, InfoVis 2010.
