Sdr is a session directory tool designed to allow the advertisement
and joining of multicast conferences.  It was originally based on
sd written by Van Jacobson at LBNL, but implements a later version
of the session description protocol than sd does.

Unbreak compiler flags on >= FreeBSD 7

Reset fenner's port maintainerships.  portmgr has taken his commit bit
into safekeeping due to inactivity.

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+
